“In the depth of winter I finally learned that there was within me  an Invincible Summer” - Albert Camus Happy New Year!   I am excited to launch a new year and to introduce a new theme for my blog.   In 2013 we explored The Twelve Body Presencing Keys: Unlocking the Secrets of Vitality &Health, Wholeness & Joy.   In 2014 I will be sharing ways in which we can all Experience Body Presencing ™.   My weekly blog posts will be filled with inspirational stories, cases and examples of how Body Presencing™ works, as well as how living a vital and healthy life is connected to the seasons. The Best Gift Of All

The only gift I have to give is the ability to receive. If giving is a gift, and it surely is, then my gift to you is to allow you to give to me.”                                                                                           - Jarod Kintz Love is a recurring theme during the holidays and yet we usually focus on loving others through gift giving. For me, healthy baking means I do a little satisfying of the conventional sweet tooth and a little satisfying of my need for health. Healthy (and even not so healthy) baking makes for wonderful gifts, so let’s get started with a healthy twist on an old favorite recipe. Below you will see how I substitute traditional ingredients with healthier

“I slept and I dreamed that life is all joy. I woke and I saw that life is all service. I served and I saw that service is joy.”                                                                                                  Kahil Gibran Being thankful is such a beautiful key to have with us as we move into the month of December, and to a month we think of as a time to give. Being thankful is actually a way of sharing. For many of us, the holidays are difficult times. We also often make them more difficult than they need to be. One of the ways we do that is by not recognizing the gifts we receive. In other words, we may receive something in the form of pain, physical or emotional, and it certainly doesn’t feel like a gift. But, when we can shift our perception of what is going on, we might then see the real gift behind the pain. As we begin to do this, especially with events that certainly are not easy, it can change our lives in subtle and not so subtle w
